PebbleCreek’s Facilties Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all PebbleCreek-owned building facilities, common areas, streets, burned-out street lights, property block walls, tennis and bocce-ball courts, fitness centers, swimming pools, parks, spa, and softball field.
Common-area landscaping and maintenance are the responsibility of the Manager of Common Area Landscaping. Green Cards provide a method for homeowners to report building/facility maintenance or common-area landscaping issues needing attention, possible ALC or Rules violations, and compliments, general comments, concerns or suggestions. After a homeowner fills out and submits a Green Card, a staff member responds to the homeowner within 72 hours. Blank Green Cards are available as e-forms when homeowners sign in on the HOA website. These e-forms can be filled out and submitted electronically. In addition, paper forms are available at the front desks of both the Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls clubhouses. Immediate maintenance assistance, when needed, is available from the Facilities Department from 1- 9 p.m., seven days a week. To report an emergency, call the:
