WELCOME TO PebbleCreek Golf Resort HOA

Pool Reopening Hours and Protocols

The PebbleCreek pools have reopened with limited operations.

As announced by Governor Ducey on May 12, he has given the go-ahead for pools to resume operations, with specific note that social distance and other safety guidance is followed. He also made special note that individuals in higher-risk or vulnerable categories take extra precautions and considerations when choosing whether or not to return to certain activities, including using community pools. With this in mind, we have developed the following HOA protocols that will apply to the specified pool locations, as outlined below. The options being offered are part of a trial period of opening. In addition to government guidance, homeowners’ adherence to the temporary restrictions will determine whether facilities can continue to be open and then if, when appropriate, usage hours can be expanded. These rules and related protocols are in effect until further notice.

We recognize that some people are going to be unhappy that we are not open earlier, later, longer, with more allowance of people, etc. From an operational perspective, these are the decisions that have been made based on a number of factors and are consistent with the practices being employed by the national fitness industry. As this rapidly-changing time in our lives continues to unfold and evolve, we will continue to make adjustments whenever possible.

Your health and safety is our primary concern, so we are taking this phased-in, careful approach as we begin to resume facility operations.

  • The pool will be monitored during operational hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monitors will be there to:

    • ensure that only the number of people allowed during their reservation time slot are there

    • ensure social distance is being maintained

  • Restrooms inside TF Fitness Center will only be accessible during operating hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Entry to these restrooms is through the building only; the pool deck entry is closed. The restroom at the Kiddy Pool and Indoor Pool are open 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

    • 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.

    • 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.

    • 2:45 – 3:45 p.m.

    • 4 – 5 p.m.

Please note that the change over time intervals are in place to allow for proper cleaning of the facility. You will note some intervals are 15 minutes, and others are 30 minutes. The variance has to do with numbers of available staff from Facilities and Fitness teams as we prepared the schedule for the immediate next few weeks. As we move through this initial phase, we may determine that cleaning is taking more -- or less -- time and we may make adjustments.

  • Number of reservations available at each facility, each hour:

    • TF Pool: 40

    • EN Pool: 30

    • Oasis Pool: 20

Based on the space available, to help ensure social distance, these are the numbers of individuals we believe we can safely accommodate during this first phase of opening. Again, homeowners’ adherence to the temporary restrictions will drive future operation of these amenities.

Please keep in mind that like you, none of us has ever gone through something like this before. We are doing our best to manage a tremendous number of operational issues for a large number of people, all while trying to keep everyone safe. We ask that you remain patient, treat each other, and our staff with respect and courtesy, and most of all adhere to all guidelines and rules. Please remember that our monitors and staff operating the pools and reservation lines are homeowners like you. They will all be doing their very best and have elected to return to work to help provide these services to you during these unsure times when their own safety can be at risk. There are sure to be bumps in the road as we embark on this new process. We will remain agile and adjust as needed.

Finally, we ask that you do wear a mask upon approaching staff to check in for your appointment times. But also please note that wearing a mask in the pool is NOT advised and can be dangerous.
