Several departments fulfill a variety of needs and requests for residents and guests - ranging from processing required forms and applications; to monitoring adherence to Quail Creek rules and policies; to welcoming you home with swift entry through the guard gates; to maintaining Quail Creek grounds and facilities in tip-top resort condition.

Member Services:

Member Services staff administer passes to admit your guests to Quail Creek recreational facilities, sell tickets to concerts and shows, issue renter cards, among other helpful tasks.

Community Services Patrol:

Community Services Patrol staff provide a constant presence that discourages crime, offers assistance, and enforces community rules, as well as staff who greet all who pass through Quail Creek's main entry gate. 

Architectural and Landscape Committee:

ALC Office staff assists homeowners in understanding the ALC Guidelines, reviewing homeowner permit applications and approvals as well as reviewing adherence to ALC Guidelines.

Facilities and Grounds Maintenance:

Our Maintenance crew maintains and repairs all Quail Creek owned facilities – from buildings to boulevards to bocce courts.

Common Area Landscaping is managed by a third party vendor with oversight from our Maintenance and Facilities Manager. This includes all community common areas and landscaping. 

The maintenance of all Quail Creek golf course desert common areas is managed by our Golf Course crew under the supervision of our Golf Course Superintendent.
