If you leave Quail Creek for a period of time (summer or winter), you may need to change your mailing address, submit a vacation watch form to Patrol and manage your subscription to What's Happening at Quail Creek.

Seasonal Address for Mail Delivery

Please contact Member Services, located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse, 520-393-5822, to alert them to your away address. They can set up an address schedule that automatically sends paper bills to whichever address is in effect at the time of sending. Or better yet, sign up to have your bills sent to your email address!

Quail Creek Crossing Newspaper

If you want to keep up with Quail Creek news while you are away, please change your address for the Quail Creek Crossing. It is mailed bulk mail rate and will not be forwarded by the post office. You can change your address online

Vacation Watch Form - Patrol

Please fill out a Vacation Watch Form and leave it with Patrol so we can contact you if there are any problems with your property here. Please notify Patrol when you return to Quail Creek.
