FUTURE PRODUCTION -- FALL 2024

A 1940s Radio Christmas Carol
November 18-23, 2024
Directed by Laurie Farquhar

It's Christmas Eve 1943 and a group of radio actors is preparing for a live broadcast of their own version of the classic Dickens' story, "A Christmas Carol". But the challenges of broadcasting from a tiny hole-in-the wall radio station in Newark, New Jersey, with its noisy plumbing and electrical blackouts, plus bringing in an aging Broadway star who has never performed on radio, threaten to derail their presentation. Can they overcome the chaos and confusion? Will it be anything like the story written by Charles Dickens more than 100 years ago?

FUTURE PRODUCTION -- SPRING 2024

Singing in the Rain
March 31 - April 5, 2025
Directed by Kathy Mitchell

Set in Hollywood during the 1920’s, silent film stars Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are trying to adapt to the “talkies”. But their on-screen romance is not doing well off-screen and that may not bode well for their future acting careers. Will a new star emerge from the wings as a result? This musical follows closely the award-winning 1952 movie of the same name with all of its singing, dancing, glitz and glamor and it promises to have PebbleCreek audiences tapping their toes to their favorite numbers.
