At Your Service
Several departments fulfill a variety of needs and requests for residents and guests -- ranging from processing required forms and applications; to monitoring adherence to PC rules and policies; to welcoming you home with swift entry through the guard gates; to maintaining PC grounds and facilities in tip-top resort condition.
Resident and Guest Services:
Resident and Guest Services processes applications for your vehicles’ Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags; and administers passes to admit your guests to PC recreational facilities, among other helpful tasks.
Community Services includes Patrol staff who provide a constant presence that discourages crime, offers assistance, and enforces community rules, as well as Guest Relations staff who greet all who pass through PC’s two main entry gates, offering smiles and waves.
Architectural and Landscape Committee Office:
The ALC Office staff assists homeowners in understanding the ALC Guidelines, filling out permit request forms, selecting colors for home painting, selecting a contractor; reviews homeowners permits and schedules meetings with the ALC committee.
Facilities and Grounds Maintenance:
Facilities maintains and repairs all PC-owned facilities – from buildings to boulevards to bocce courts. Common Area Landscaping and Maintenance supervises maintenance of all PC golf course desert common areas; all community common areas and landscaping, including walking paths; all lakes; and the softball field.
Kare Bears, a volunteer organization of PC homeowners, assists and supports PC residents who are ill or recuperating from illness, surgery, or hospitalization. The group also offers help to those who are physically challenged or are grieving over the loss of a loved one, as well as to caregivers. These neighbors helping neighbors do so without charge.
